Emily specializes in copy editing and proofreading, with additional expertise in copywriting. In her former career as a legal assistant at a boutique law firm, Emily was the go-to person for quality-checking all documents before filing them in court. Since then, she has worked as an English tutor and college professor. Courses she teaches regularly include business and professional writing, technical writing, and composition. She’s also a poet and fiction writer, having published a volume of her poetry, Minor Injuries, in 2014. Emily brings all this training to her work with Gimga Group, helping clients to deliver clear, correctly formatted writing. She holds a B.A. in Literature from Purchase College, an M.A. in English from City College of New York, and is a member of the New Jersey Writing Alliance, and the National Council of Teachers of English.
