Austin joined Gimga Group in 2018 after consulting for us for 15 years. He has experience developing full-version Content Management Systems from scratch and has taught A+ and MCSE courses. With this background, Austin led the technical team for the Time & Attendance System for over ten years for the Student Affairs Office at the University of Maryland, College Park. Austin is the key developer for the popular WordPress plugin, Bigpr.es, for BigCommerce. He has built several custom software applications for various industries and numerous websites as a freelancer.

Austin has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland College Park and a master’s degree in Information Systems – Homeland Security from the University of Maryland University College.

Austin is a happily married father of two sons, a busy 9-year-old, an energetic 4-year-old, and a beautiful 2-year-old daughter. Austin is a fourth-degree Taekwondo black belt, and in his spare time, he enjoys watching sports and movies.
